Member of Mara Salvatrucha 13 Gang (also known as MS-13 Gang) from El Salvador took a shotgun blast in the chest that left him with massive hole in his upper torso exposing still beating heart. Yet another video that proves how much a human body can endure. I don’t get it how he’s still alive. A gunshot to the chest should have killed him. Instead it just ripped off part of the rib cage exposing what appears as unharmed heart, still beating away, pumping blood like nothing happened. The gang member is lying calmly on the table, but that could be because he’s been heavily sedated. I’m still puzzled how all vital organs remained untouched – did his ribcage absorbed the force of a shotgun bullet entirely? Or is it possible that I’m being mislead and that was not a shotgun blast that left his heart exposed? I’m not an expert on guns so I can only express my opinion, but something’s telling me this could not have been a shotgun blast. How could a bullet have chomped out large chunk of his chest and leave all vital organs untouched. I lean more towards a machete attack or something of sorts. But I could be wrong. Give me your theories.

Another (to me) unexplainable thing is – how is this guy able to breathe? Remember the video of a guy with hole in his chest that exposed his lungs? That guy was struggling to breathe because once you get a puncture in your ribcage, natural pressure of your chest is compromised by exposure to outside air and your lungs collapse. How is this guy able to breathe with giant hole in his chest and no ventilator to assist with breathing?

Not sure how many of you know much about MS-13 (Mara Salvatrucha) Gang but they’re not particularly considered to be the finest humans to walk the Earth. Many refer to Mara Salvatrucha 13 as “cancer of society” but I still think there is no bigger cancer of society than religion. That is not meant to take away from violence committed by MS-13 gang members, but not even Mara Salvatrucha can match up to atrocities committed in the name of religion.

Given how particular MS-13 members are about their tattoos, I can imagine this one will get pretty pissed after his chest has healed up. The blast had destroyed part of his precious tattoo that marks him as member of Mara Salvatrucha. MS-13 gangs consist primarily of people from Central American countries of El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala and Nicaragua. Their operational activities are strong in US states of California and capital region of Washington DC. In Canada their strongest presence remains in and around Greater Toronto Area in Ontario. Don’t mess with Mara Salvatrucha members, they don’t mess around.

This is how they take care of drug dealers in Brazil. At one point a drug dealer is sitting himself at barber’s on a sunny day, chattering away with some bitches while getting the pedicure (or a foot massage), then seconds later he’s convulsing on the couch with bullets in his brain. Sound justice, if you ask me. If law is not enforceable through police, business is taken care of by regular people. Maybe the guy who executed the drug dealer was the dad of a girl who was being abused by the drug dealer, or someone else he cared for had their way through life complicated because of a jackass who can’t be bothered to make money working (unless he was wanting his job). So he got himself a firearm, rode his bicycle to the barber’s, took time to calmly park his bike in front of the store, walked in like it’s a nice Sunday morning and unloaded a few shells into drug dealer’s brain. No messing around, no second guessing. Straight up execution the Brazilian way. Nice and quick. Justice has been served.

Given that the shooter was after one and only man, it’s fair to assume that he wasn’t a drug dealer. Ravel gang would pull over with a car, unload four or five machine guns killing not only the drug dealer but several innocent people as well, the dart off leaving naught but swirled dust in the air. If that were in Mexico, on the other hand, the drug dealer would vanish, then a black garbage bag would resurface with his dismembered body. Not in Brazil. They don’t put that much effort into execution. If the goal is to see the guy dead, then let me grab a gun and take care of business. Simple, easy to remember execution tactics.

Here’s a video from El Salvadorean TV about a rape of a young girl by members of Mara Salvatrucha 13 (MS-13) who then murdered her 14 year old son by hacking him up with a machete. The clip continues with report on murder of one Louis Lopez Sanchez that appears to be about what is seen in the first video. If that were the case, then the execution of a drug dealer would have taken place in El Salvador, not Brazil. So many contrasting reports you don’t know whom to believe anymore. In apparent gang related violence in lawless El Salvador, two girls were dismembered and their body parts deposited in black garbage bags on a back country road. Even though no further info came with the pictures, I’d guess that the girls got themselves involved with a rival gang and got taken care of Mexico style. Santa Ana Jail Massacre is sometimes incorrectly attributed to Venezuela, but that’s most certainly not where it took place. While Venezuela is without doubt one brutally violent and lawless country where many similarly atrocious massacres take place, it was not where Santa Ana Jail Massacre took place.

The Apanteos jail, better known as Santa Ana Jail for its proximity to the larger town of said name is located 66km (41 miles) west of San Salvador, the capital city of El Salvador – Central American country best known for being home to ruthless Mara 18 gang (also known as M-18 or MS-18), the arch rival of even more notorious Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) gang.

Apanteos Jail aka Santa Ana Jail is a maximum security prison in El Salvador, where 2,000 of country’s most dangerous criminals and gang members are held. The riot broke out on Friday, January 5, 2007 after one of the Mara 18 gang members picked a fight with a prison guard, which quickly spread into a huge brawl involving hundreds of inmates.

While the prison guards fled the scene to observe the riot from a distance, the members of rival El Salvador gangs picked up makeshift weapons and started fighting against each other. Whatever could have been used to kill, was used to kill – from shovels, through broken glass and loose stones – if it could inflict pain and send a rival across the River Styx, it was used.

Eye witnesses say that after the riot broke out, prison guards pulled away and watched the massacre from the distance for hours. As a number of deaths kept rising, support military and police units were called for to help restore order. 21 people were killed in the massacre, many of them stabbed multiple times, beheaded, dismembered and the remains of some hung from a swing frame on a meat hook.

On the day a riot broke out, the Santa Ana Apanteos jail, which was built to hold no more than 1,800 inmates was over its capacity. Some blame the government of El Salvador for mixing members of rival gangs together, and what’s even worse – mixing non gang members with gangsters.

Human rights watchdogs called for dismissal of Neftaly Portillo – the Apanteos jail director as well as Jaime Vilanova – the national head of prisons in El Salvador for gross negligence and mishandling of the riot.

BTW – nice playground parks they have in El Salvadorean prisons. I had nothing of the kind on my block when I was growing up. But perhaps they didn’t put it there so the kids don’t fancy swinging by the hook in the ass games.

CCTV camera recorded a brutal collision at an intersection in Col. Escalón in El Salvador whereas a van t-boned a motorcyclist, propelling him violently into a wall at the corner of the intersection. By the sound of it, the motorcyclist died despite the efforts of the medics to save his life. And it doesn’t even look like he wore flip flops while riding the bike.

It would seem that the crash was the motorcyclist’s fault because when a camera offers a shot from the side of the road from where the motorcyclist entered the intersection, you can see the stop sign there (I presume ALTO is STOP, right?). As a motorcyclist, he should have slowed down before entering the intersection even if he had the right of way.

In the Name of the People is a 1985 documentary film about the people of El Salvador uprising against the totalitarian regime of the government in what is known as the Salvadoran Civil War. The documentary was filmed in 1985 – five years into the civil war which did not end until 1992.

Representing the people are the Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front (FMNL), also referred to as rebels or insurgents. FMNL say they oppose unfair ownership of industry and real estate by a few wealthy families all the while the majority of Salvadorians work hard every day of their lives and can barely feed their own children. Opposing them is the government that says FMNL is destabilizing the country and wants power for themselves.

In the Name of the People is a product of four US filmmakers who secretly entered El Salvador and followed the guerrilla fighters in their strife against government forces. The documentary introduces several members and supporters of the insurgents, including a guerrilla commander, a 12 year old messenger, a peasant family victimized by government death squads, and an American doctor by the name of Charlie Clements who risks his own life to help the rebels.

Directed by Frank Christopher and narrated by Martin Sheem, In the Name of the People was nominated for 1985 Academy Awards Best Feature Documentary and won Blue Ribbon in the 1985 American Film Festival. There is a lot of great footage of some of the tragedies that happened during the civil war in El Salvador.

Has anyone been in El Salvador in the last 20 – 30 years? I know the country still has a bad reputation as far as personal safety is concerned, but I’d be interested to hear from people who have had personal experiences. We all know that some of the most ruthless organized crime gangs, such as Mara Salvatrucha (MS13) or Calle 18 are from and operate widely in El Salvador so there is no doubt the country has major issues, but I’d still be curious to hear from someone with personal experiences.

As for me – I have utmost respect for people like Charlie Clements. We are all going to die, one way or another. Yet most people avoid getting involved in something that could prove risky, even life threateningly risky because they feel they have all the shine and luster they will ever need inside the golden cage they were born into and it’s theirs for the taking for as long as they continue to nod when they are expected to nod. Then there are those who leave the safety of the sheep cage and join the movement of we the people, an undertaking that bears with itself a constant threat of untimely death or imprisonment because for them, a life of a slave, even with all the shine and luster is simply not an option. To people like that, I salute. I know I won’t get out of this Earthly experience alive, so I myself feel encouraged to contribute my part to the service of we the people, even if it leads to my untimely death or imprisonment. I was not born to sit out my life in a safety of a sheep cage.

An amateur video captured the rescue of a worker who was electrocuted while fixing a billboard atop a shop in Los Próceres, El Salvador. Two men received electricity shocks while working on that rooftop, their names were Rafael Antonio Cañas and Marvin García. The video captured the extraction of one of them.

Both men are reported to have survived but are treated for injuries in a hospital. The incident happened on March 25, 2014.

In some countries, power distribution system is one hell of a mess. Doing anything on a rooftop is dangerous by virtue of being around a maze of cris-crossing wires.

Six people were injured in a horrific, multiple vehicle accident on the highway leading to Comalapa, near Rancho Navarra in El Salvador. Surprisingly, despite there being significant damage to property, no life losses were reported.

One of the vehicles involved in the crash was white colored Mitsubishi Varica. The minivan was literally destroyed, turned into a slab of malformed metal, yet apparently nobody died in it. There appears to be a woman and a man trapped inside. Both appear to be conscious and talking, although the woman’s leg is partially sticking out and is probably crushed somewhere below the knee.

There is also a young man outside of the van being tended to by another guy who helps him by supporting his head and fanning hot air off his face with a baseball hat. The young man’s right leg is shattered. It’s a nasty compound fracture that may result in amputation of lower leg.

The accident happened yesterday afternoon, on Tuesday April 1, 2014.

Salvadorean football fans caused a disturbance near the Cuscatlán football stadium in San Salvador after Dragon vs Alianza game on April 29, 2014 and riot police were called in to deal with it.
