Rescuers Yanking Survivors Out of Crashed Truck in El Salvador

This video is reportedly from El Salvador, but I hear people speaking English in it – perhaps they’re some of those UN peacekeepers who rape and pillage impoverished people under the guise of peace?

A truck got into a crash and trapped a few people, including a child in the cabin. Those who were transported on the truck bed didn’t fare much better but at least they weren’t trapped. The video shows the efforts of rescuers to pull survivors out of the cabin, although their efforts look more like violent yanking – but I can appreciate that they didn’t have proper tools, such as the jaws of life available to them so yanking was about the only option.

The child has blood pouring down its face and is obviously distressed by the whole ordeal, as are other people in the truck. Sincere effort on behalf of the rescuers – easy to criticize from afar by not having been there.
